URBAN EDGE ASSESSMENTFollowing the completion of the Looe Local Landscape Character Assessment in December 2017, in 2018 an assessment of the 13 cells of land around Looe were assessed to find the most sustainable sites for development to meet the Town's needs. The assessment identified four small sites with some potential, three of which are now featured in the Neighbourhood Development Plan.
