If you have time to spare ...

Why not volunteer to serve on the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group to help organise the create of the Plan or join a working group and focus on a particular topic.

There are many other ways in which you can volunteer practical help to create the Looe Neighbourhood Plan, from note-taking to photocopying, doing surveys, delivering leaflets and supporting exhibitions.
